CoinsUpSports Official Rules & Terms

1. Overview

CoinsUpSports was built to give sports pickers access to larger bankrolls without risking their own money.

Instead of depositing into a sportsbook, users rent access to capital, place picks, and split results.

You bring the picks.
We bring the bankroll.
We split the outcome.

2. Access Pass Types

CoinsUpSports offers time-based access passes:

• 1-Day Access Pass

• 3-Day Access Pass

• 7-Day Access Pass

Rule 2.1 – Pass Start Time
Your pass timer begins immediately after your first pick is placed.

3. Bankroll Allocation Limits

To ensure fair access and platform stability:

Rule 3.1 – Maximum Allocation

• The maximum total active bankroll allocation per user is $10,000 at any time.

• You may split this across multiple access passes.

• Your combined active balances may not exceed $10,000.

4. Pick Size Rules (Risk Management)

Pick size limits are based on your initial starting bankroll, not your running balance.

Rule 4.1 – Pick Size Limits

• Minimum pick size: 1% of starting bankroll

• Maximum pick size: 5% of starting bankroll

Rule 4.2 – Invalid Pick Handling

• Picks below the minimum or above the maximum will not count

• Picks may be removed, voided, or adjusted

• Account balances may be corrected to reflect compliance

Rule 4.3 – Enforcement & Violations

• First Violation: Warning issued, pick voided/adjusted

• Second Violation: Final warning issued, pick voided/adjusted

• Third Violation: Account failed and/or terminated with no refunds, resets, or payouts

Rule 5.1 – Eligibility Requirement
Failure to meet the minimum pick requirement makes the account ineligible for payout.

6. Same Outcome Risk Limits

Rule 6.1 – Maximum Outcome Exposure

• Accounts are limited to a maximum risk of 5% on the same outcome one (1) time.

Placing multiple picks on the same outcome to exceed the 5% limit is not permitted, regardless of structure.

This applies to:

• Pre-game markets

• Live markets

• Alternate lines

• Prop builder selections

• Any variation of the same underlying outcome

Rule 6.2 – Violations

• Additional picks will not count

• Picks may be voided or removed

• Account balances may be adjusted

• Violations may result in warnings, account failure, or termination

CoinsUpSports reserves sole discretion in determining what constitutes the same outcome.

7. Minimum Pick Count Functionality

Rule 7.1 – Unique Picks Only
Only unique outcomes count toward your minimum pick requirement.

✅ Valid unique picks:

• Moneyline

• Totals (Over/Under)

• Player Props

• First Half / Full Game lines

❌ Invalid for pick count:

• Repeating the same exact pick multiple times (even at different odds)

8. Odds Limits

Rule 8.1 – Allowed Odds Range
All picks must fall within the following range:

• Minimum Odds: -1000

• Maximum Odds: +1000

Picks outside this range are not considered valid.

9. Coordinated & Syndicate Betting Prohibition

Rule 9.1 – Prohibited Activity
CoinsUpSports strictly prohibits coordinated betting designed to circumvent risk limits.

This includes:

• Multiple users placing identical or substantially similar picks

• Same event, market, odds, and time window

• Intent to replicate a larger position than allowed per account

Pooling accounts, structured collaboration, or syndicate betting is not permitted.

Rule 9.2 – Enforcement Actions CoinsUpSports may, at its sole discretion:

• Void affected picks

• Reduce or deny payouts

• Suspend or terminate accounts

Determinations may use:

• Timing analysis

• Bet similarity

• IP/device data

• Behavioral indicators

Important Clarification:
Independent users coincidentally betting the same popular side does not automatically violate this rule. Action is only taken when intentional coordination is detected.

10. Daily Loss Limits - REMOVED

There is no overall max loss

11. Allowed Pick Types

The following are permitted:

• Straight plays

• Parlays

• Same-game parlays (SGP)

• Live / in-play picks

• Player props

All picks must still comply with pick size and odds rules.

12. Payout Rules

12.1 Payout Timing

All payouts are processed every Monday.

Examples:

• Finish Thursday → processed Monday

• Finish Sunday → processed Monday

12.2 Payout Eligibility Requirements

You must:

• Complete the full pass duration

• Meet minimum pick requirements

• Follow all rules

• Stay within daily loss limits

• Generate net profits equal to or greater than your account purchase fee

If your net profit is below the purchase fee, the account is not eligible for payout.

12.3 Payout Confirmation Flow

1. Email confirmation of eligible payout

12.4 Payout Methods

Supported methods:

• Bank Wire

• Zelle

• Venmo

• Cryptocurrency

Users are responsible for third-party fees.

A $25-$40 CoinsUpSports service fee may apply to certain payouts.

13. Payout Disclaimer

There is no guaranteed or implied maximum earning cap.

All payouts are subject to review, approval, and final determination at CoinsUpSports’ sole discretion.

Any payout request must be equal to or greater than the original account purchase fee. (Ex. Player purchases an access pass for $250, they must earn $250 in profit in
order to be eligible for a payout, at 50% is $125. Effectively half of the access fee paid.)

CoinsUpSports may:

• Deny payout requests

• Close accounts upon pass completion

• Allow continued activity until eligibility is met

14. User Eligibility

CoinsUpSports services are currently available only to users located in the United States.

You must:

• Be 21 years or older

• Complete KYC verification

• Be legally eligible to participate in pick-based platforms

15. Taxes

• U.S. users must complete a 1099 for tax reporting

• International users are solely responsible for complying with their local tax laws

16. Fraud, Abuse & Manipulation

Any attempt to manipulate outcomes, abuse promotions, hedge across platforms, or exploit system mechanics may result in:

• Forfeiture of payouts

• Account termination

• Permanent suspension

CoinsUpSports reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion.
